  • You should be familiar with local laws and regulations regarding the ordering, purchasing, and shipping of cigars and tobacco-related products. Tobacco products could be prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You assume full responsibility for the importation of the cigars into your country.

Orders

  • No representation, warranty, or covenant is made regarding specification, description, or the accuracy of the products on this website, nor do we make any representation, warranty, or covenant regarding the availability of the products on this website.
  • In the event of product inaccuracy, our decision shall be final.
  • All the prices of our products listed on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the total amount payable at checkout. You are responsible for all charges, taxes, tariffs, fees, licenses, and custom duty that may be applicable unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • All information regarding the products on the website is considered an invitation to treat and not confirmed as an offer for sale. The completion of contract occurs at the point of supply and delivery of the product.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information for the purchase of your order, including information that will be required for shipping and completing payment. We are not responsible for missing orders arising from incorrect or inaccurate addresses or related errors.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order, refuse providing service, or terminate your account at any time at our sole discretion.
  • We currently do not ship to the United States and Hong Kong.
  • You agree to be charged the amount for the product you have chosen and placed an order for.

Payments

  • Prices are quoted in your local currency or in US Dollar, Euro, or Hong Kong Dollar, but payment will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar converted according to the foreign exchange rate charged by your credit card company.
  • Payment on the website is processed and managed through third-party payment gateways. We do not have access to or store your credit card details.

Shipping

  • Delivery charges are excluded for each order unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information for shipment of the orders.

Product Cancellation, Product Return

  • You may cancel an order if the product purchased has not yet been shipped, subject to our discretion. Please email us at service@welcigars.com should you wish to cancel an order, but please note that our decision shall be subject to the above. Once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, subject to subclause (c) below.
  • We will not accept a partial cancellation of an order.
  • If you cancel the order as a result of damage to the cigars, please provide as much detail as possible and email us at service@welcigars.com for further assistance. We will process a refund only if the damage was, in our reasonable opinion, unintentional and not caused by you, and subject to a replacement product being available.
  • No claims will be processed or accepted after 90 days from the date the order is placed.
  • Refunds and returns will not be accepted based on preferences for flavor profile and taste.
  • Our decision shall be final.

Changes to T&C, Updates to the Website

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, amend, and make changes to the T&Cs at our discretion at any time without providing prior or subsequent notice to you.
