Return and Refund

You may cancel an order if the product purchased has not yet been shipped, subject to our discretion. Please email us at service@welcigars.com should you wish to cancel an order, but please note that our decision shall be subject to the above. Once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

We will not accept a partial cancellation of an order.

If you cancel the order as a result of damage to the cigars, please provide as much detail as possible and email us at service@welcigars.com for further assistance. We will process a refund only if the damage was, in our reasonable opinion, unintentional and not caused by you, and subject to a replacement product being available.

No claims will be processed or accepted after 90 days from the date the order is placed.

Refunds and returns will not be accepted based on preferences for flavor profile and taste.

Our decision shall be final.
